Changelog
- March 31, 2009: Modification in comment section to suit long author name.
- March 23, 2009: I fixed the bug about the Trackbacks/Pingbacks not showing in the comment section. So now, not only they show up there but they are now clearly separated from the comments. If you want to theme the trackbacks sections, open functions.php and find and edit the code below “/* Custom Trackbacks/Pingbacks template */“.
- March 5, 2009: I have updated the navigation both in header.php and footer.php so you can now safely display a “static page” for your front page (General Settings in dashboard). The trick was to use the wp_page_menu tag – instead of the wp_list_pages tag – which allows to have Home added automatically to the list of Pages displayed either when you select “Your latest posts” or a “static page” in the Reading Settings.
- Feb 14, 2009: After receiving the first feedbacks from some active users on my site, I have removed the tagline from under the logo and moved it to the introduction block on top of each page which allow you to write long blog description. I have also fixed a small bug present in image captions and reduced footer font-size.

Can you help me with this: when i post more than 6, the whole page sucks. I cannot figure out the error. I have limit the posts per page to 6 but it still happen when i post the 7th

I love this theme. Have had many compliments on it. My only problem is I can’t figure out how to replace the gorilla with my picture, and how to place ads. Please help me. I’m not a programmer.

You must edit sidebar.php: Appearance > Editor and select sidebar.php on the right hand side – author section is commented so you should have no difficulties to find it. Default image is located in /wp-content/themes/oneroom/images/about.jpg. Save your picture as about.jpg to replace the default picture.

I see the background does not repeat vertically. Have you edited the theme? This looks like you removed a closing DIV (e.g. </div>)

Is there a plan to have a dropdown pages menu for pages that are under a parent?

@Erik, yes, there’s a plan for that. I have designed the drop down menu already and now waiting for someone to implement it. You can check the ticket 37 here and a screenshot here.

hi, i just downloaded this project and love it. it suits everything i need, expect that i need the right sidebar to be abit bigger, maybe like a 330 rather than a 280. I cant figure out how to go about it. advice please. thanks
